Relationship Therapy

Being ‘in a relationship’ with others can be among the hardest aspects of a person’s life. Relationship Therapy offers a safe space to work through challenges or difficulties and move people towards connection, authenticity and compassion.

People often come to relationship therapy in crisis, so we need to slow things down and look at the roots of the issues

Relationship therapy often looks at things like communication, trust, intimacy, conscious connection, parenting, conflict, making life decisions and changes, and managing trauma in your relationship.

I don’t work to a set number of sessions, but as the work takes off, we can think all together about what a plan might look like. I offer both long and short-term work depending on the client’s needs and circumstances.

I work with relationship clients in a variety of structures/dynamics:

Romantic relationships (between two or more people)
Family relationships (such as siblings or a parent and child),
Friendships,
Business partnerships
Groups

Relationship Therapy Fees:

  • 1 hour – £150
  • 90 Minutes – £220

I also offer ‘Relationship Intensives’. This is facilitated in-person only, over 2 consecutive days, 6 hours each day, with ample breaks, usually 10 am-5 pm. This way of working lends itself well to deep transformation and rapid change for people who feel especially stuck, or for those for whom weekly sessions are not the right fit.

Three months of relationship therapy in 2 days – Prices start at £4,000 for the full 2 days of work.  For more information on intensives, contact me.

I am a registered member of The College of Sex and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) and have completed extensive Master’s level training in this specialism.
