I am a member of British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and have been in practice since 2019.

I am a co-director at The Centre for Psychosexual Health and one of the lead tutors for the *Certificate in Couple and Relationship Therapy* at The Grove Practice. I am also part of the team at The Thought House Partnership, who specialise in offering Sex and Relationship Therapy.

I am an experienced group trainer and facilitate training for other therapists and mental health professionals. I have explored topics such as SandStory Therapy®, safeguarding in clinical practice, and addressing intimate partner and family violence.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 20 years working in education, safeguarding, and social care. This background led me to train in creative arts therapy for children and young people at the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education. Today, I’ve honed my skills working with adults, couples, and people navigating all kinds of relationships. I also provide clinical supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists.

My approach to therapy:

In my private practice, I take an integrative or pluralistic approach. Based on the unique needs of the client(s), I draw from psychodynamic theory, behavioural strategies, transactional analysis, and approaches such as Imago Relationship Therapy and systemic therapy. I’m also trained in the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy with The Couples Institute (USA) and recently completed advanced training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy with Tavistock Relationships in London.

Let’s connect:

I offer a free introductory call to discuss any questions you have or what you’re hoping to get from therapy. I’d love to help you on your journey to greater connection and understanding of yourself and others.
