Supervision is essential for therapists, offering a safe space to discuss client work, explore challenges, and uphold ethical standards. I aim to provide a supportive and reflective environment where therapists can deepen their understanding and ensure top-quality care for their clients.
I hold a Diploma in Integrative Supervision of Individuals and Groups and offer supervision across various modalities, including attachment-focused therapy, psychodynamic approaches, TA, Gestalt, CFT, solution-focused and behavioural approaches, creative arts, systemic therapy, and parts work/inner child work.
I specialise in supervising couples and relationship therapists and have been a core tutor on The Certificate in Couples and Relationship Therapy at The Grove for five years.
My main areas of practice include:
- Relationship therapy
- Psychosexual therapy
- Individual therapy
- Creative arts therapy
- SandStory therapy
- Training and coaching
